Refund policy
McLeod Consulting LLC provides Bliss by the Yard. Paddle is our reseller and Merchant of Record and handles payments and refunds for Premium subscriptions.

Refund eligibility
We follow Paddle’s Refund Policy rather than setting a separate refund window. That policy explains the applicable request periods, eligibility and how Paddle considers refunds. Please review it for the terms that apply to your purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
How to request a refund
Visit paddle.net to contact Paddle about your purchase and request a refund. Have your purchase email address and order or receipt details ready so Paddle can find the transaction. Paddle reviews and processes refund requests under its policy. Signed-in members can also ask for assistance through Support in the app.
Cancellation is separate
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals and normally keeps Premium available until the end of your paid period. It does not automatically request a refund. Use Manage subscription in the app to cancel, or contact Paddle. Billing and cancellation mechanics are described in Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
